 Pls found following error messages while programming on Samsung Nand flash K9F2G08U0M on VP-880 f/w V3.9.3

Progammer voltage at 3.3V
Tpw = 25 us

Pls advise what problem probably would be.

 A chip of Sansung K9 serial,if　3 percent of setors is broken,it will be regarded as qualified . I think some sector have been broken in your chip.So　programme is failing.

 Thank you for the reply, but I found no problem on f/w V3.9.1 with same K9 nand flash. Pls advise.

 We have tested this chip,but programme is OK. So,please mail your chip to us,and we will test your chip.
