Wellon VP-280 I can"t update it Reply

 I have a Wellon vp280. I tryied to update the firmware and the middle the process my internet connection got frozzen. After that I can"t start my programmer. Only red led is on. I think that th firmware was erased.. I did as told in the manual at comunication error. Found the jumper JP1, shorted it and I got comunication with PC. unshorted JP1. Started Wellom Program, the programmer was initializaded but I couldn"t update programmer. Its programmer return a message: "System update fail".　What must do I ? Can I recover the firmware? I need to fix my programmer. Help me please

 Please change a PC but not laptop computer. If the PC hasn’t installed WELLON software please install it first; then short circuit JP1, and connect the USB port on the back of the PC, follow the system instruction to install USB driver. Then try again to resume (update) the firmware.

 Hi, Lark. Here am I again. I didn"t get to update the programmer. It returns the same message. I don"t know what happens. Do you know what I can do now? I would like to send some pictures from wellom program but I don"t know how to do. There is another way to update the firmware? Give me some tips about I can do. thank you very much.

 I"m sorry but you have to send back for repair because I haven"t other means to solve it for yourself.Please send it back to the distributor from where you buy it.They will send to us.

 Hi Lark. I don"t know where my programmer was bought, because it is a gift　from a friend of mine. I will keep in touch with him for informations about the purchase. Is it possible to get the flash memory programmed with the firmware? I hope for your replay. I thank you for your help
