 Please, I have this programmer and I need to know just 2 things:

1 - What software version updated can be used? There isn"t VP-498 at download page (http://www.weilei.com/dow.asp) and programmer list (http://www.weilei.com/per.htm)

2 - Is it be possible to read Philips PLC18V8Z? This is a PAL device that is compatible with PEEL18CV8 (it is listed to work in VP-498).
