 i have a problem　with my programmer VP-390;
programmer initializing failure, possible causes :
1-there are device on the socket.
2-the programmer"s some function is disable　!
warning ! device program maybe fail!

what can i do !!!??,　please help

 It sais that is already have the new firmware, i reinstalled the firmware.
I think the problems cames from this latest firmware, how can we make a downgrade of this?

 have purchased VP499 - wellon programmer and it shows the error

i have a problem　with my programmer VP-499;

serial number is 4967 - 0381 - model VP-499
