error programming 29f800 and29f160 Reply

 Hi,　Programmer was working fine programming these chips, now i receive error, on all attempts to program.　Windows XP, tried uninstalling and all versions of software, 2 laptops, still no luck.

error is same regardless of whether i am attempting to program either 29f800 or 29f160.

 all chips report this error.　Here is the strange thing.　If i fill the buffer with a specific value (any value) and then write the chip it works fine.　If i fill the buffer with random data or load a file to write then it gives the error shown in the picture. Same error regardless of whether it is a 29F800 or 29f160.　I have tried about 10 chips, all previously successfully written to
