GP-400 accidental FORMAT Reply

Kurtman68 we just purchased GP-400 and programmed some EPROMS. Then I accidentally clicked on "FORMAT" button in the Wellon Windows utility software. The progress bar started to move. Then I clicked cancel (or maybe escape, or maybe close window). Now I cannot establish communication between GP400 and my host PC. Please explain how to fix this. Thank you.
