 Its a 2GB chip the same as H27UAG8T2B and MT29F16G08MAAWP. I don"t understand how I can read and write to the chips listed above but not the MT29F16G08CBACA

 thank for adding the MT29F16G08CBACA, I try reading the original chip from a main board and a brand new chip. both chips the Device I.D.Check fail reads FF FF

I sold my VP896 and move on to a better programmer. thanks for all you help
