 Hello, I have a problem with the VP-996.

After installing the latest software version 4.6.5 02/04/2015 programmer has updated the FW22.0, up to here all right, but if you make any operation, the answer is　"Programmer trouble! ID: 41F8BFF200000028" .

The only thing working is the test of integrated circuits TTL, and their recognition.

 I have already tried to make the software "Wellon Reset" which is in the installation directory Wellon, without success.
I also did various tests shorted JP1 internal programmer, without success.
