 Hello Guys,

simple question :

try to read on VP990 following plcc chips:

-at27c4096
-HN27c4096

both new - but adapter fails at insertion test - adapter is brand new WL-plc44-u1 -- the same pins all the time - at plcc 26,32,37

On other adapter - 1:1 plc44-DIP - the same situation

after CONTINUE on insertion test pop-up window - vp990 reads and fills up buffer


Please, advice

 Please give your programmer a self-test. If it don"t have any wrong,it means that your chip"pin is oxidation, dirty or damage.
