 Hi,

Using your VP-390 I"m currently trying to program a Catalyst 93C66SI 0742E chip. I can read and erase the chip no problem but programming comes up with the following message:

Auto Program.......
Program.........
Device Address:00000007 Device Data:FFFH Buffer Data:16FAH
Auto Program Fail

 please try to change "Setting"-->"Modify .."-->"tPW" from "10" to "20"
