VP-490 recognized as VP-190 Reply

 Hello,
After installing the new software upgrade (v4.6.5 from 14-08-2015) my VP-490 (4906-2141) changed to VP-190 (1906-1141).

The Software goes into demo mode and shows the error "The programmer type error!please notice Manufacture!".

I re-installed the software but the error remains.

When I run the wellon-reset.exe it says "Read file error!"

 Hello.
I have the same problem. My programmer is VP-390.
After the firmware update, the programmer is presented as VP-190,
Displays error "The programmer type error! Please notice Manufacture!" and goes into the demo. I ran wellon-reset.exe, the program displayed the correct data. After pressing reset progress to 100% and ok. After running Wellon.exe the program reports an error. Please help.

I reinstalled the software but the error remains.

 wellon software Ver. 4.7.4 do not support VP490

 Hi, thank you for your suggestion.
I tried with sw 4.6.0 but no result.
Software doesn"t recognize programmer and goes in demo mode.
If i choose vp590 (vp490 not listed in menù) i receive comunication error.
Led blu and green is on when i connect usb cable to pc and i run the software.
Software contine to say me vp190 programmer...
What can i do to solve problem?
Please can you help me!
