 I have a problem with reading, writing flash memory 28f128j3c, BGA64. When I bought the VP 996 programmer, everything worked perfectly, and while there was the programming of the chip, the programmer flashing blue LED. I do not remember when it started, but now I can read, write the chip only in the slow read/write mode. I thought it was my faulty chip, but I recently bought a new 12 pieces, but the problem still the same.

 I picked up a new chip, load dump and press program, but as just erasing process is finished, progress bar remains empty indefinitely, and the LED on the board does not light or blink. But if you put a check mark on the mode slow read/write, the progress bar goes as usual (LED still is not flashing), the programming is completed successfully, and if you click on the verification, it will be successful, but if you remove the check mark from the slow mode, the dump almost all FF.

 I installed the latest version of the program on different computers with different operating systems, updated through the programm menu, nothing helps.
What could be the Problem?

 Yes I did.
20th October I have twice sent you a letter to this mailbox, there was no answer, so I wrote here.
