Wellon VP 280 problem with Windows 8 Reply

 Hi!

I have a problem with my Wellon VP 280 under Windows 8 .64 bits.
Before I had no problem but now yes:? .
I have the following message when starting the software
I tried everything uninstallation reinstall driver, hardware ect.
I even did the trick of jumping the jumper J1 as he asks for a reboot micro programmer software and　update again but still nothing
The LEDs are active but when the software checks the programmer, the green LED goes off and the error message appears:?

I tried with another PC under Windows 10.
The problem is the same.

What are the Electronics Components to test on the 2 boards of Wellon?

 Tested with Windows XP The problem is the same.

when I connect with the software the green led is off.

 VP280 is older programmer. there is no maintenance value,the maintenance cost can buy a new programmer
