VP998　update system fail

Hi, I have a problem with VP998, iot is death after update firmware :(
Now LEDs are off,the computer does not recognize the device. How can I repair this?

MY early VP990 i used 9 years without problems, this VP998 always problem, first problem can not read some BGA memory chips,that"s why I wanted to update system, second problem bigger programmer is death and I can"t work now.
What else...???

If your programmer that had the function of update online lost its program, you can resume it:
1 Open the cover.
2 Find JP1(J1) and short circuit it with a jumper or screwdriver. Connect to the PC and wait for the　device to be detected (the LINK LED will light), then remove the short circuit from JP1(J1).

3 Enter the software and wait for it to complete initiation.
4 Choose System Update from the Help menu and wait for it to finish.
5 Take out USB connecting cable, assemble it, reconnect it and enter the software again.

Ok, thank"s for your answer, but I to long waiting.
Programmer send to official distributor in Poland.
Now I"m wait 1 week without job.

Today I have back programmer, of course works fine.
But is still problem with flash bga 28f256j3c125
Can you fix it???
old vp990 does them read/write without problems, only slow, to slow.
Can the producer"s help?
can copy the settings from old to new, or so?
