 hello,

can You tell me why i can"t programm intel 64EBGA chip 28f256j3c125.

i can read this chip, but when it comes to programm i shows error.

i"m wondering why on device information i have info about chip Pins: 56 but this BGA chip have 64 balls.

why it show 56 not 64 pins?

i have VP998
