 Hey, I am repairing old German automatic tool machine. .
It has parameters in NV ram NVRZ 2k*8. I can"t read it and save it so that I can replace old RAM with a newer M28Z02.

How I can set your programmer that I can read the old ram?

 I have a Wellon VP-598 programmer and I have tried to use SRAM products, but it doesn"t give to read old Ram

 Hey, I found E/Eprom device, which can read my M48Z02 and write my devices although　it is not just right. Still I wonder why I can"t read with SRAM devices?
