"Communication error! 0 6" with VP-390 Reply

 Hi,

I use a Wellon VP-390+ with the latest Wellon soft update and Windows 10 Pro as OS.

Everything seems OK, except when I want to read, to launch a blank check or program a chip, I always get the following error message displayed : "communication error! 0 6".

Which error could be related to this message please ?
