 Hi Support,

I am using a VP-299 and this unit will not read working EPROM, AM27C1024.

The following message appears while trying the read the 40 pin DIL device.

>>Programmer initiate success!
>>Note! Need AC adaptor!

Read algo file error!
>> 0.85Sec

 Sorry, VP299 do not support 27C1024 because its hardware.please download new software.

By downloading latest release 25/07/2023, will this work with my existing VP299 hardware?
