 If RSTDISBL is set "0" then ATMEGA not read, erase.
SPI is block.
Need parallel programmer.

 This is the chip function itself.Once the RSTDISBL is set "0" ,then ATMEGA not read, erase.It must be programmed by parallel mode,the chip can resume.There is not any other way.

 Once the RSTDISBL is set "0"by ISP mode,the chip didn"t be read, erase by ISP mode.It must be erased by parallel mode,the chip can resume.In the parallel mode,there are many pin to be used.After the chip resuming,the chip can be programmed by ISP mode again.There is not any other way.VP-980 can support parallel mode to programme this chip.In the chip list,the chips,there is not brackets(ISP) behind the chips name,is parallel mode.
