i used more one chip LH28F800BVE-BTL [just with LH28F800BVE-BTL]

We test the chip OK. So you can connect the external power supply and change the parameter VCC from 3.0V to 3.6V to try several times, and also can checked the option "slow program/read".
If it still has problems, I think you may send a couple of samples to us to test.
