Macronix MX27C1610 on VP-880 Reply

 Hello!
I"m having trouble in programming of MX27C1610 by VP-880.
MX27C1610 is on your support list and programming process is processed with no trouble.
But after programing process, verify error occur.
Nothing is written to device.
Of course, I tried to program other new MX27C1610 and result was same.

Please confirm and fix that.

 The MX27C1610 is a 16M-bit, One Time Programmable Read Only Memory.Is your chips new?Before you programming,please check it bank.

 Of course, I confirmed those chips are new and complete blank.
I also confirmed that my other programmer DATA I/O 3980 can program them with no problem though they were once tried to program by VP-880.

Please confirm and fix this problem.

 We tested it OK. If you still have some problem you can try to select mx29f1615pc to program the chip mx27c1610.

 Thank you for reply.
I"ve tested again and confirmed that device can be programed by selectng MX29F1615.
However, situation was not changed when I select MX27C1610.
Nothing was programed to device.
Is my VP-880 faulty?
