Wellon VP-980 when test ram CY7C199 test fail (Test(0)... Test fail...).If select IS61C256AH test OK on same chips. Please add support for SONY CXK5864BP, Toshiba TMM23256P and PiC BD48256 on VP-980.

Please tell us the package of CY7C199.We have support the SONY CXK5864BP,please download the latest software several days later.The Toshiba TMM23256P is ROM,don"t need program.We don"t find any datasheet about PiC BD48256.

CY7C199 DIP28 (narrow like IS61C256AH), I can"t find datasheet for PiC BD48256 too. This is RAM (static or dynamic I don"t know) from old VGA ISA Trident graphic card. 4 chips are 1MB.

i using Vp-980　to program a PIC16F73 I/P　but can"t　. After　I try　read from chip original　and save to buffer　then program　for blank　chip
I　checked ID　 both　are　same .But　I replace　into　the　board of chair　it not　working.Can anyone　explain for me　what is wrong ?

I think you should be do not program Config　when you program
PIC16f73. When you want to program PIC16f73,you can do as follows:

　 1,Please select PIC16f73 in our software.
　 2,Please load the HEX file properly.
　 3,Click "Config" in the menu column,select options what you want ,and then　click "OK".
　 4,Select "Erase\Blank Check" and "Program\Verify" and "Prog Config" in　"Edit Auto" on the right side screen.
　 5,Last clilk "Prog" In the menu column.

We have updated our software,please download the latest software few days later to try CY7C199.There is a datasheet for TMM23256P,***

Testing CXK5864BP works fine, but testing CY7C199 works too slow... 656sec !!! :-). If select ISSI IS61C256AH and test same CY7C199 testing works fine and fast 7,8sec. You can use same testing algorithm as IS61C256AH, why not?
