Thanks for your reply　I follow your instruction　but it still not　working I am　confusing about load the HEX file properly. because in IB　a lot vp...hex　file and in "Config " what should I option ?
.By　the way can　you explain　for me　about :
DEVICE　BUFFER
Program memory :000H---FFFH　　　000H---1FFFH
ID Location :2000H---2003H　　　　4000H---4007H
Config.word ;2007H　　　 400EH---400FH.　　Thank you

Please make sure that your original chips are not secured .If the chips are secured, you can not read the right data out of the chips.You can read the original chip　and　then click "Save" in the menu column to save the data to a file.When you have done this you can do as follows:

1,Please select PIC16f73 in our software.
　 2,Please load the HEX file which you have saved just a moment ago.
　 3,Select "Erase\Blank Check" and "Program\Verify" and "Prog Config" in　"Edit Auto" on the right side screen.
　 4,Last clilk "Prog" In the menu column.

That means the size of program memory is "000---FFF",it places in our edit buffer from 0000 to 1FFF. You can read the datasheet of PIC16F73
