klamsat Hi i　load file pic16f73 follow your　instruction very careful　but　not successful　.I read　data from original chip and save to buffer　than program a blank chip .I compare　both is the same ; User ID　IDO:00　 ID1:00　 ID2:00　 ID3:00 FIG 3FEG6　Osilator type HS　WDT :Enable Block Protect :Enable/PWRTE:Enable BODEN: Enable I don"t know what"s wrong ?Please　explain for me how typing the data into the buffer directly. gxj Your chip has already be secured,so you can not read the right data out of the original chip.For this reason,the file you saved before did not have any data ,That is why your chip is not work.If you want to solve this problem you should find the soure file of the original chip and then according to what I said before.
