Intel PLD 5C032 With Wellon 880 Reply

 I need to read an Intel PLD type 5C032. It"s not listed on the Wellon site. I must have used this device in place of a "standard" 16L8 type part back in the early 90"s. I only need to read the fuse table so that I can figure out what the heck I did?

If it"s not listed, can I read it as something else? (Or will the programmer not allow this?)

Any help would be appreciated.

 Our programmer can"t support this chip.At the same time,if this chip is secured,you can"t read it,too.
