I have problem with programming k9g8g08u0m... when i try to flash this chip I get an error with random adress on the same chip, this chip is in 100% good. In my opinion this is not a bad sector"s. Only one time I have successful programming on 50 times. I try other tPW and retry...When I load *.bin 1,03GB file the checksum is 0000 when i try another file 1,03GB checksum is still 0000 (4 digits !!!!!) on this chip the led "link" is still on not blinking while programing I have vp-990 when I check "DEVICE OPERATION OPTIONS" I reported that maximum "device end addr" is 83FFFFF and maximum "buffer size" is 8400000 when I need 42000000!!! >>.Erase......
