 when i press the button select i recive this error:

run-time error "3041"
Can"t open a database created with a previous version of your application.

What can i do to solve this problem?

 I"ve checked the date of the new file and it"s of 08/06/2009 not 09/06/2009 !?

 Please uninstall the wellon software,and delete weilei file in your system disk.and then setup the newest software.When you setup software,there are many windows to be pop-up.Usually,the computer will ask you whether you want to substitute the file of your computer.Please select to substitute it.Please try it again.

 I"ve already done that (uninstall, delete folder, substitute the file , etc. several times) but the result is the same!
I"ve tried on another computer (win2k), it had an error, but the sistem seems to work.
Perhaps i need to re-install the vb dll?
