naing I want to know how long time to program & verify for NAND FLASH IC SAMSUNG K9G8GO8U0M.Please which model of programmer from your product is fast speed to program.It is too long time for program, so i want to program some sector,not the whole flash.Your programmer can support this function?please inform me some information & time for program,verify.Please describe programming time & speed among your product to compare. thank Go back list [ Posted:2009-08-10 16:10:00 ]

jin We tested it with VP-990, program and verify the whole flash will take about 4000s.And you can change the parameter "Device End Addr"(in the "Device Operation Options") to program the beginning sector only. Go back list [ Posted:2009-08-11 10:14:06 ]
