Fastah Please add support for testing dram chips 4164 and 41256 series like: Samsung KM4164A-15, KM4164B-15, OKI M3764-15, Inmos IMS2600P-15, OKI M41256-15, Samsung KM41256P-8... I"m try testing correct chips with select Panasonic MN4164 but allways report error on various type of dram chip. Is possible testing 4116 dram chips? I"m old computer collector and repairer and every day must testing various vintage ram chips. VP-980 works fine and I"m very glad with this programmer.
