Please check my post with question for testing support some vintage dram chips. Is this possible? If yes this will be great feature for fast testing dram chips.

Basic five type of dram chips:
4164 (64k x 1bit), 4464 (64k x 4bit), 41256 (256k x 1bit), 44256 (256k x 4bit) and 511000 (1M x 1bit)... if you make some "generic" algorithm for testing various manufacturers and speeds this will be great feature... Please see what you can do... I have 5-6 datasheets and can send all to your mail....
