Hi,
during start of software there is a message:

Programmer initializing failure. Possible causes:
1. There are devices on the Socket
2. The programmer"s some function is disable!
Device program maybe fail.

System Windows 7 (build 7100) 32bit
Software 4.2.0 (17.11.09)
Power adapter plugged in.

After ignoring I got some functionality:
93c86 - i can read, erase, but writing fails after 31 seconds
EEPROMs are ok for sure.
I have tried reinstalling - no luck.

Please test this chip in Windows XP.If the result is OK.I think the software can run in Windows 7.We will update software.If the result is error,Please test the programmer.Your programmer may be bad.
