I have problem with this chip
I can read it i can erase it and veriffy & compare blank chip witch empty buffer but I can"t program it
I have always (sometime different adres but value the same - 89):

 Did you choose the option "Slow Program/Read"? If not, select this option first and then program this chip.

 What sofeware you used? You can download the new software first.If it still fail.You can try to change the "VCC" from 3.3V to 2.7V step by step.Also you can increase the parameter "tPW" like 5us,10us,20us......

 I have soft from 03.12.09
when I change vcc to 2,7 it goes automatically to 2,0
no result when change parameters vcc tpw, only changing adress 1049 & 10BE

I have 2 another chip"s a29l008atv witch the same error !!!
So in my opinion there is a bug in soft!!!
