VP-280 stopped working Reply

Pinasco Hi, My programmer worked very good until a few days ago when I began getting errors in programming devices. I programmed devices on another programmer and they were good. In self-test: Pin 23 Input is High, VPP output is high. Pin 5 Input is High, VPP output is high. etc etc... At the end almost all pin are yellow and fail the test, only pin 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,10,20,22,23,41,42,43,45,47,48 are white. Pin 18 and 28 are red I can fix it myself? otherwise I can send it for repair?
