a problem with VP380 Reply

 Hello,

I have baught a VP380, then tried to read a flash M29F200BB,

The model is supported, i have PSOP44 pin, but when selecting this model on software it say that it have 48 Pin, but mine have only 44pin,

Is VP380 don"t support that model ?

 VP-380 can support M29F200BB TSOP48 package,but it can"t support PSOP44 package.

 There is no update for the 44 pin ? :(
i have baught a quantity and it"s only for that, i made an error buying that, somebody know if it will be supported later ?

 Do you mean that your programmer goes bad? And your PC computer doesn"t recognise the programmer? Please send us the error message in detail.

 Do the LINK led and G/E led light on after you connect the programmer to your PC computer(do not run the software)?If only a led lights or no lights, please according to WELLON software ,"Help"->"Contents",chapter 3.7 error message to resume the programmer"s program.
