VP-480 fails to program TMS2532 Reply

 My VP-480 programmer fails to program TMS2532. It programs very slowly, and when it finishes, the EPROM is still blank.I tried 4 different chips, all of them brand new.

 please test your chips by another programmer.TMS2532 is very old chip.

 That is a completely useless answer. This chip is listed as supported by the programmer, so the software should be checked for bugs ! A 2532 is just like a 2732 with a slightly different pinout and 25V VPP, so it should be very easy to check the software.

 I have "download new soft". And it has not been updated since december 2009 anyway.

Start fixing the bug instead of giving useless 2 second answers. It"s a chance to improve your software.

 The modified software is 4.3.1.For VP-480,you can use 4.3.1.But for some chips will not programme OK. You can try.

You should remove the 2532 from the list of supported chips !
