 I have a vp-280 and am currently working on　an Atmel avr project. Is the vp-280 capable of isp; in system programming. Chip insertion into the target board many times is not fun. My thought is to build a cable adapter to go from vp-280 to board. I am not sure of vp280 programming method for avr; HVserial,parallel,spi,etc...

 VP-280 programming method for avr is parallel.VP-990 and VP-ISP support ISP programming method.
