 Hi, I have the VP-290 programmer and I use Wellon Universal Programmer Ver.: 4.3.1(2010-07-21) and always when I trying to programm the EPROM TMS27C256-10 manufactured by Texas Instruments I have the message:

>>.Blank Check......
>>Blank Check OK!
>>.Program......
>>Device Address:000000H　Device Data:00H　Buffer Address:000000H　Buffer Data:02H
>>Program fail!
>> 0,53Sec
----------------------------!

I try do it on 6 - 7 copy of TMS27C256-10

 Please use AC adapter. And your chip had been erased more than 30 minutes.
