SAMUCAEN I have a programmer VP-590, and I want to records memories X28C64 XICOR.I read the memory ok, but when I burn it, some address never burn (1540H to 157F) I have 13 memories with the same problem. If I burn on a CATLYST o ATMEL, the burn is correct, but not on a XICOR. I download the last version WELLON software but did not work. THANKS Go back list [ Posted:2010-08-23 05:02:52 ]

SAMUCAEN We moved VCC from 4.5 to 5.2v step 0.05v and we move tpw from 1ms to 30ms.　Would you have a eeprom x28c64 to do the test because Im in hurry　with this recording and think that maybe if i buy the vp-990 can solve muy problem.　 Thanks Go back list [ Posted:2010-08-24 08:11:43 ]
