VP-280 programmer

Hello to all! I want to program an ATMega8-16 (Atmel) mcu, and I　have two firmware files for it. The program memory .hex flash file, and the data memory .eep　eeprom file. Please operate software as follows,
1 Load the first file,that is “Programmer Memory”,and setting the
　window “Load A File To Buffer”.Note:in the item"Clear the buffer　option", please select the third item"0xff".
2 After loading the first file,open the window “Edit”,look at the
　data.
3 Load the second file,that is “LD Flash Memory”,and setting the
　window”Load A File to Buffer”.Note:in the item"Clear the buffer　option", please select the first item"disable"　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　4 Please check the second file.if the file didn"t have offset address, you should set the address in the "From file address" accroding your programme.　Note:don"t cover the first file.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 4 Open the window “Edit”.Now,all of the data have be loaded in the
　Edit buffer.
