jiglesias both power adapter and usb cable are properly connected. i tried many times　in the last example i got device address 00000000H device data FFH buffer data 01H checksum 07F7FF02 it should read 01A25F45. do you have solution to this problem? thanks Go back list [ Posted:2010-10-12 15:14:07 ]

Jiglesias I heve found the problem with tms27c040, i have changed the time to minimum tSW to 1 instead of 100 micrtoseconds and works ok. in settings changins paremeters. thank you Go back list [ Posted:2010-10-13 10:54:47 ]

Jiglesias Sorry, problem not solved, only the fistrt memory was copied succesfully when tried copy more mems,　the programer failed again with　duplicating the source memory. if anyone knows how to solve this problem any help will be appreciated. pd; this is another programmer , it was replaced with a new one. thanks Go back list [ Posted:2010-10-13 12:05:03 ]

cm How long did you earse the chip by ultraviolet radiation eraser? Please erase it 40 minutes at least.The chip can be erased blank.You can programm it again.Please try it again. Go back list [ Posted:2010-10-13 13:37:46 ]
