cyperess CY7c291-50pc problem

Hello, i read a new blank chip cypress cy7c291 to verify but　checksum 0007F800, i tried with another one it reads the same finally　read the master but　 reads exactly the same values. i gues if i read 100 they will read the same i am really very disaponted with this machine, i have just bought it because　 i just wanted to copy tms27c040　but the machine has problems with both devicess , tomorrow i will return it back to the store.

The result of checksum is calculated according data of edit buffer.If the data of edit buffer didn"t changed, the checksum is same.If the data changed,the checksum is different. The chip Cy7c291 is blank,the data of the chip is all "ff",the checksum is 0007F800. There is not problem.If the data of the chip is different, the checksum is different.

the machine is reading badly data that does not exist in the master chip or source,　the new do not pass the blank test, neither the program mode and one question how can be posible that the new chip has the same data as the source? impossible .something on the machine should be bad or the chip is bad, i suspect more of the machine.
