VP490 and Intel DT28F320S3 Reply

 Hello,

I have a VP490 programmer and I want to program some flash chips : intel DT28f320S3. The programming ended without a problem but when I try to use the flash chips on intended device, I get errors that the flash is read-only. I"ve checked with intel datasheet, and there is an option to lock the sectors/blocks. How can I check system parameters/configuration with the programmer to find out if the flash is locked or not?

 when programming is OK! programmer will lock the chip.

 Isn"t there a way to unlock it?

In my application, some blocks are used in read/write mode(config data) and some for operating system. I can"t use my device if all the blocks are locked.
