VP-280 Doesn"t work Reply

 Hi,　we had a power cut, the Vp-280 was plugged into the mains and also the USB socket. When the program starts It nevers sees the programmer, sometimes I get "write fig file err" error message or the initialise bar　gets halfway.　I have tried re-installing the program and tried on another PC and can"t get it to work.Can I send it for repair? I am in the UK.

 Please according to WELLON software, HELP->Contents, Chapter 3.7 Error Message, ‘If your programmer that has the function of update lost its program, you can resume it’, do as what follows.

 Hi,tried this and the PC now detects the programmer,when I start wellon software, the first time the status bar got halfway and stopped responding, now it says initialising and does nothing.

 With JP1 connected the PC detects the programmer. With JP1 disconnected I get a PC error "a USB device has malfunctioned"

1 time I received "Programmer trouble!ID: 005EBE044545B68C" from wellon software

 Please contact the distributor from where you buy the programmer.they will help you to send it to us for repair.

 I bought it used not　from a distributor.
Can I send it directly to you at B4-1-402 Hi-tech innovation base，No.16,the 5th Haitai Development Street, Huayuan Industrial Park, Hi-tech Industrial Zone, Tianjin ,P.R.C,300384 for repair?

 Please contact the Business from where you buy the programmer.If you　send it directly to us,We will not afford the round-trip freight,and　if the programmer out of one-year warranty,you need to pay maintenance costs.
