 I got Vp480
How to properly read and erase/write M28F102-120K1 in plcc44 ?
VP 480 recognize M28F102 but shows info that not support this memory.

I got plcc-dip44 adapter, can read, after few try can erase, but not possible to correct write.

What to do ?

 what kind of adapter really need this flash memory with wellon. After choose 28f102 plcc44 shows changed pinout. But after choose dip40, shows 1:1 dip 48. Its impossible, because after try reading shows that is searching only on 40 pinsm starting from 5th and ending on 44th.
