 I have problem with wellon vp-490 and cat28f102n-90 I use wl-plcc44-u1 adapter

After blank I have error:

when try to proram without blank:

----------------------------!

 We have tested this chip, it’s OK. You can download our latest software first. And then before you program this chip, you must connect the adapter power first. If you blank check fail, please erase this chip before program it.
