ST M27C256　OTP Reply

kkzh I have a VP-280 and tried to read the contents of M27C256B and M27C512 OTP from SGS Thomson. The VP-280 could not identify these OTP"s. I read the contents of these OTP and they are all wrong when I compared the right content in hard copies. I had checked my PLCC adapter pin by pin with multi-meter and it was ok. lxl when use VP-280 to program M27C256B of plcc32 package,need use adapter WL-PL32-P2, maybe your adapter is incorrect. Go back list [ Posted:2011-02-18 08:51:21 ]

lxl if use VP-280/290/380 to program M27C256B of plcc32 package,you need use adapter WL-PL32-P2, if use VP-590/990/GP-10/20 to program M27C256B of plcc32 package,you can use adapter WL-PL32-U1. Go back list [ Posted:2011-03-04 19:04:23 ]
