Hello, First of all I would like to thank you for the great support of the product and your quick answers. I faced this problem recently. I try to read the memory of SST39VF3202 flash device. Everything seems to be ok until I try to copy the hex file onto other flash. It seems like some information is missing. Is it possible that this regions of the memory (like Security ID or something else)can not be accessed by Wellon? In that case how can they be accessed, are there any bits that can be set? How to see what regions those are?　Why does wellon not complain about it saying　something like "memory address from x to y can not be accessed"? Thank you in advance for your advice and help. The SST39VF3202 devices offer a 256-bit Security ID space. The Secure ID space is divided into two 128-bit segments - one factory programmed segment and one user programmed segment. The first segment is programmed and locked at SST with a random 128-bit number.If you want to copy this part,wellon can"t do it. Because this 128-bit segments which locked by SST can"t be modified.If you want to copy user segment, you can see the date in the form "Edit Configuration".

Thanks for the answer jin, I read about it and it seems like the code that I am interested in copying might be stored in Securiti ID region that is why it is not being copied. I will check the user segment address see if there is anything written there.Thanks for the reply again.
