Device Selected:　AT49BV040B *32TS　
　 (note:　the eprom box is automatically checked on device selection)

Program option is enabled so we load buffer with random data and try to program.
We get the following message:

>>.Erase......
>>.Program......
>>Device Address:0000002CH　Device Data:FFH　Buffer Data:09H
>>Auto Program fail!
>> 8.66Sec
Is this normal?
Blank, Read, Verify, Erase..works OK.

 You can download our newest software first. And if it still can"t program the AT49BV040B OK, you can select the option "Slow Program/Read".Also you can try to change the VCC to 3.25v,3.20v,3.15v,.....
