Can"t program PIC10f206 in VP990 Reply

 I can not pogram the PIC10F206 (sot23-6) verification fails every time. When i try to read chip, every second time it is reading another values at the first 5 words (and maybe in some　another places)
exapmple:
1"st read: 47 00 00 08 70 0F 43 0D 00 08
2"nd read: 00 00 80 00 82 00 36 06 43 06
3"rd read: 47 00 00 08 70 0F 43 0D 00 08
4"th read: 00 00 80 00 82 00 36 06 43 06
5"th read: 47 00 00 08 70 0F 43 0D 00 08
...
The values are completly differnet from programmed values.

 The values readed as: 00 00 80 00 82 00 36 06 43 06 from adress 0x00 should be at adress 0x40
