 Buy MBM27C4096 not being used.
"Slow Program / Read" is specified.

MBM27C1024 is no problem.

UV eraser does not yet have.

 We tested it OK. You can try to download the latest software. If it still fail, you can change the VCC to 4.95V,4.9V,4.85V,4.8V......until 4.5V.

Was included AC adapter 9V 600mA.

 Usually, the chip MBM27C4096 is an older chip.It is too old. So please program this chip with other programmer, and affirm your chip.
